I like to focus in young families, mainly because I myself have a 3 year old daughter, and newborn twin boys and I know what’s important to young families when they are searching for a home. I have researched areas when looking to buy for my family, things like crime rates, school aptitude, community events and community sports teams, so I can easily turn that around to benefit you. With Ottawa being one of the most active in Military Transfers, this is another field I like to focus on. My knowledge of Ottawa and its communities allows me to be very efficient in finding you a home if you are only going to be in town for a couple days for house hunting. Usually a good chat before you get into town will allow me to narrow down the areas that will best suit your needs and wants.
As an Ottawa Native I like to say I really know most corners of the city very well. I have focused on the area I know best, which is the Beacon Hill/Cardinal Heights/Rothwell Heights area in East Ottawa about 5-10min from the Ottawa Downtown Core. The great thing about this area is there is a home for everyone, from small town home to large luxury estates in Rothwell Heights. This is where I currently live with my wife and 3 kids and it is a fantastic family oriented area and truly is close to everything.
As a child I grew up in the West end community of Kanata, my family still lives there and I’m always watching that market out of general interest for my parents and therefore I know that market very well and can service Kanata very well without sacrificing any quality of service to my clients.
